Minimum and Maximum Charge

Minimum Charge

Default: Blank.

If set, this will be the minimum shipping charge for this rule.  For example, if you set this to $10.00 and the calculated shipping rate is lower, $10.00 will be the shipping rate.  If the calculated rate is higher, then the calculated rate will be used.

Maximum Charge

Default: Blank.

If set this will be the maximum amount that will be charged for shipping using this rule.  For example, if you set this to $50.00, and the calculated shipping rate is higher, $50.00 will be the shipping rate charged.  If the calculated rate is lower, then the calculated rate will be used.
