Markups - Countries and State/ Province

Country

Select "Inside", "Outside", or "Anywhere".

If you select "inside", then you will need to select the shipping address countries that this markup applies to. You may select multiple countries by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking each applicable country.

If you select "outside", then you will need to select all the countries that this markup does not apply to. You may select multiple countries by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking each applicable country.

If you select "anywhere", then this markup will apply to all countries.

State / Province

• All / Ignore - This setting will allow all states and/or provinces for the selected countries to be used.
• 48 States + DC - This setting will allow only the Continental United States (48 States) and Washington DC. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/etc. are NOT included.
• US Territories - Includes the following: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
• Choose - Use this setting to specificy which states/provinces will be used. You may select multiple states/provinces by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking each applicable state/province.
