Fixing a Corrupt Product Database

Sometimes your product database can be corrupted by uploading a spreadsheet in the wrong file format. If you open your CSV and see jumbled columns, prices in the wrong fields or any other weird or out of place information follow the steps below to refresh your product database and fix the problem!

Login to your Shopify Store

Navigate to the Apps Page on your Shopify Backend

Click the image for Advanced Shipping Manager, your page should refresh. When you do this it will also refresh your stores link to the Advanced Shipping Manager app fixing any database issues you may be experiencing.
