Steps
- Go to Help in the ASM menu. The help center opens inside the page.
- Search it, or browse the topics.
- If you need a person, use the buttons in the help center's header:
- Call 1-888-546-4932
- Open in a new tab — opens the page you're reading in its own browser tab, with more room.
- Contact — sends us a message.
During chat hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST), a chat button appears in the corner of most ASM pages and on the sign-in page.

Get a faster answer
Most questions about rates are answered fastest when we can reproduce what you see. Send us:
- your store URL,
- the cart: the products (SKU or product ID) and quantities,
- the ZIP code (and country) you shipped to, and whether it's a home or a business address,
- a screenshot of the Shipping Estimator with that cart and address, including any errors under the results.
